- Olga Sólyom /90/ They gathered the crowd, consisting mostly of women, children and the elderly, then selected the women who were still able to work, separated them and took them somewhere. My mother was among them. I stayed there with my aunt, who managed to disguise herself as old, and my cousin, who was also a child. We were then driven to the ghetto. We ended up at Klauzál tér 13, on the third floor of a beautiful old house. I wanted to jump off from here almost every day, because I felt that I no longer wanted to live without my father and mother. One night I dreamed that I was standing in the wide staircase and saw my mother coming up. I stayed there all day for two days, and on the third day, exactly as I had dreamed, my mother came.
